Please notify your teacher 24 hours in advance of any absence.  This notice, however does not exempt the student from payment for a missed group lesson.  Grosso Music and Fine Arts Corporation is under no obligation to give a make-up lesson as a result of a student’s absence.

LATE PAYMENTS

Tuition payments are considered late if not received by the 16th of the month.  In this case you will be charged a late fee of $20.  Grosso Music and Fine Arts Corporation reserves the right to stop lessons if there is an unpaid account balance and the matter shall be turned over to a third party for resolution.

PARENT OBSERVATION

Parents will not be in rehearsals, due to spacing issues, unless there are mitigating circumstances.  This makes the show more exciting for the parents to watch as well. Please do not drop off your child in the parking lot or leave them unattended. We are not responsible for watching students beyond their scheduled rehearsal time. Please respect this policy as we try to make the learning environment as safe and fun as possible.

TARDY ARRIVAL

Please arrive on time for your rehearsal. Students arriving late will not have their rehearsal time extended and are still responsible for all material that they missed.

DISCONTINUATION POLICY

In the event that the student has decided to discontinue lessons, we require a ONE MONTH NOTICE. You will be considered a student and billed accordingly, unless a withdrawal notice is received in writing. Regardless of when appropriate notice is given, such student/parent shall be financially responsible for the following month, whether the student/parent chooses to attend or be absent. No refund will be given, thus the student must finish the remainder of the month or forego any unused lessons.

a) Failure to pay tuition on time
b) Uncooperative attitude
c) Repeated missed lessons without a valid excuse

GROUP PERFORMANCE

A commitment to our production is required at the time of sign-up.  Every part is important in producing a show.  If a student is unhappy with casting, it is not a good reason to quit the show.  It is a learning opportunity to work as a group and shine in a different role.

Performance dates for The Wizard of Oz will be 5/2, 5/3, 5/9, and 5/10
Dress rehearsals for show will be the prior Thursdays of show weekend on 5/1 and 5/8
